To remanufacture and repair high pressure pipes, TOKYO NOZZLE carries out pressure tests after receiving them, fixes the seats at both ends, and adjusts the contact angles of the seat. We also carry out pressure tests after maintenance, then deliver them to the clients. As a maintenance option, we provide original-shaped welding processing to the seats to increase the durability of the remanufactured parts. We can also adjust "the shoulder width of the seats", "contact angles", and fix "the puncture close to the seat".
We remanufactured and repaired the high pressure pipe which had trouble when being installed, by fixing the seats and carrying out pressure tests.
